We have to wait for WH3 for a larger ME map with the Grand Campaign map. That would both take a bunch of dev time and just spread the Lustria blood bowl problem to other areas. We got an expansion to the east with the last DLC due to that area already being allocated playspace when ME first launched and they've stated multiple times that expanding to the south or west isn't possible without them completely resizing all the other areas to be smaller.
